How do I get Remove Ads back on a new device?
Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, on your device. Deleting the game deletes your progress, and progress doesn't move between devices yet.
Can I turn off ads?
Remove Ads stops the ads between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward, such as a free extra shot, stay optional.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
For tracking, go to your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you're in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, you can also change your consent in the game's Settings → Ad privacy choices. See our privacy policy for details.
Why does the game ask for my date of birth?
So younger players only ever see suitable, non-personalised ads. Only your age group is kept, on your device. If you entered it wrong, deleting and reinstalling the game asks again (this also deletes your progress).
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
